Benguerra Lodge, Mozambique

Benguerra Lodge, Mozambique
Winter is the time when guests can enjoy beautiful, sunshine days which lead up to the most magnificent sunsets. The evenings are slightly cooler and guests enjoy their pre-dinner drinks in comfort around the fireplace on the deck.

This July, quite a few fortunate guests were treated to Dugong sightings. Many people live for years in the area without ever seeing one of these rare and endangered mammals, which makes this a very special experience. Pods of dolphins were also regularly spotted, swimming in the bay.
