The beginning of May saw the start of luxury walking Safaris in the Gorongosa National Park. Explore Gorongosa is the first private operator in Mozambique's flagship National Park. Their safaris are unique in the sense that guests get the opportunity to explore the wild wonders in the park with professional guides, while being accommodated in a semi permanent tented camp.

This venture is the first of its kind within the park, and a great opportunity to introduce the world to the visionary and extraordinary restoration project underway at Gorongosa. With excellent flight connections, it is quite easy to combine this walking safari with a relaxing Beach holiday at Benguerra Lodge. (These safaris are offered between May and December.)

Please contact us if you would like more information, or if you would like us to assist you with a costing for this completely Mozambican Bush and Beach experience.
